  Do drop us a message under “Enquire About This Room” or via WhatsApp, and provide us with your details. Our friendly community manager will get in touch with you within 24 hours to schedule for a viewing.

After confirmation of the room and before signing the tenancy agreement, we will need your simple submission of a copy of your NRIC (for locals), or FIN card and passport (for foreigners). This is for us to ensure compliance with The Immigration Act And Women’s Charter for lease of residential properties.

The minimum lease term is 3 months to start in compliance to guidelines of Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore, though we do prefer 6 months lease and above. Rental rate may be increased by $100-$150 if lease if less than 6 months, to account for turnaround and hygiene cleaning of room after a short period of stay.

You don’t have to pay any extra fees for this service. Our cleaner will be glad to vacuum and mop your room floor for you on a weekly basis. Room tags will be provided, and if you do not wish for room cleaning service, you may place the “Do Not Disturb” tag on your door knob. 

Yes, we will furnish you with a full set of beautiful beddings, including mattress protector sheets for hygiene upkeeps. 

Quarterly aircon maintenance fees is usually borne by tenants. We do however have our dedicated team of aircon servicemen and you can enjoy hassle free quarterly maintenance at just a nominal fee of $15 monthly.

Yes, visiting with quiet enjoyment is highly encouraged till 10pm at night. Overnight staying is usually not permitted, however do check with our friendly team for a better understanding. 

Yes definitely, our kitchen is equipped with cutleries and crockeryware. You just need to bring in your cookware to whip up your wholesome meal. Please do exercise a round of clean up after each use of kitchen, and ensure all housemates gets a fair share of cooking time too.
